Vision participates in MD Food Bank Food Drive

During the month of November, Vision participated in the Maryland Food Bank’s Food Drive. We collected non-perishable food items in our office throughout the month resulting in a total donation of over 300 pounds!
The Maryland Food Bank provides food to more than 235,000 Marylanders in need each year. Through their efforts as well as the organizations that partner with them the Maryland Food Bank is leading the fight to end hunger in Maryland. The variety and amount of food the Maryland Food Bank provides allows food providers to plan balanced nutritious meals for the hungry in the community.
Our deepest thanks go to those that chose to participate in this event. It was a truly rewarding experience for all that were involved. We can only hope that next year our donation is even more plentiful!
