Jennifer M. Beach

Jennifer joined Vision’s leadership team in September 2011 assuming the role of HR manager.  Her role is inclusive of employee relations, compensation, training/development, on-boarding, and benefits administration.

Jennifer graduated from York College of PA with a BS in Management with a concentration in Human Resources.  Jennifer has over 15 years of HR experience and prior to joining Vision held assignments with world-class manufacturing companies including Johnson Controls & Starbucks.

When Jennifer isn’t working she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
