Vision recently named Chuck Radford as Resource Director. Chuck has 20 years of information technology and financial services experience. As Resource Director Chuck will focus on further developing Vision's consultant and client care model. Chuck will also play a key role in further developing Vision's Joint Venture Technology Practice. Prior to joining Vision Chuck was Vice President of a regional Network Integration firm and was Chief Information Officer for the Maryland Department of Business & Economic Development. Chuck has numerous industry certifications and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Chuck and his wife have two children and reside in Northern Baltimore County.
