Salary
Vision offers salary that is competitive with leading companies and better than many smaller and start-up firms. Ask us about the best way to structure your compensation to match your needs and circumstances.
Healthcare
We provide three medical options through CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield:
- Blue Choice HMO,
- Blue Choice Opt-Out Plus Open Access with an out of network option, and
- Blue Preferred (PPO).
Vision
All our medical plans include vision care.
Dental
Every one of our plans allows you to use the dentist you prefer every time you need care. With over 2,000 dentists to choose from, you’re sure to find one who’s right for you. The Traditional Dental Benefits plan offers you benefits including regular preventive care, X-rays, dental surgery, and more.
401(k)
You can save up to 100 percent of your eligible compensation (subject to IRS maximum limits) through convenient, pre-tax payroll deductions. You can begin to contribute to the 401(k) plan after six months of employment. Vision will match 100 percent of your first 3 percent and 50 percent of your next 2 percent.
Leave
Vision Technology Services provides employees with paid vacation, sick and holiday leave.
Disability
Our plan includes both short-term and long-term coverage providing you with income replacement if you are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury.
Life Insurance
All eligible employees receive basic life insurance coverage equal to $50,000 and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage equal to $50,000.
Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance
Supplemental Life insurance is available through payroll deductions. All eligible employees may elect Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance in increments of $10,000 for themselves and/or their spouse and children.
Direct Deposit, Multiple Accounts
With direct deposit, your net pay is deposited automatically in up to four separate checking and/or savings accounts.

Educational Assistance
Vision grows as you grow, so we pay your expenses for approved, job-related professional development/education courses or seminars.
