Mid Level SQL Server DBA

About the position

Vision technology Services has an immediate need for a Mid Level SQL DBA for a growing client in downtown Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with application developers to optimize the database for a large data driven application.

Required:
At least three years experience administrating Microsoft SQL Server, with at least two of those years spent with SQL Server 2005 or 2008.
Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to generate complex SQL queries from an entity-relationship diagram.
Excellent query tuning skills.
The ability to assist with troubleshooting critical performance problems in a production database system during a crisis.
