Vision Technology Services has a position available for an Information Technology Recruiter

And now we are looking to hire a talented individual to join our recruiting team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and hiring top talent.
Work will include sourcing candidates using a variety of sources including local colleges and universities, referrals, careers fairs, job boards, etc.; completing a thorough screening process; and managing selected candidates through the hiring process.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Identify candidates for client requisitions by using a variety of sources, such as company database, candidate referrals, Job Boards, etc.

Complete thorough screening process, including detailed phone screen, in-person interview, reference check, and technical qualification

Coordinate meetings and interviews with Candidates and Clients as well as internal status meetings

Maintain communication with candidates to gain candidate loyalty

Generate sales leads for sales staff

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Creativity, solution-oriented thinking

4 year degree

Self Starter attitude
