Vision Technology Services has an opening for an Information Technology Recruiter/Inside Sales role. No experience required.

We are looking to hire talented individuals to join our Recruiting team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and hiring top talent for our clients in the Baltimore area.

Work will include sourcing candidates using a variety of sources including local colleges and universities, referrals, careers fairs, job boards, etc.; completing a thorough screening process; and managing selected candidates through the hiring process. This is an Inside Sales position. We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Identify candidates for client requisitions by using a variety of sources, such as company database, candidate referrals, Job Boards, etc.

Complete thorough screening process, including detailed phone screen, in-person interview, reference check, and technical qualification

Coordinate meetings and interviews with Candidates and Clients as well as internal status meetings

Maintain communication with candidates to gain candidate loyalty

Generate sales leads for sales staff

Requirements:
